Jeff Ray has an extensive voice studio which includes teaching at The University of Chicago, North Park University, and The University of Saint Francis. His students have gone on to sing on Broadway, as well as, with National Touring Shows. They have also sung with the Lyric Opera of Chicago Chorus, Chicago Symphony Chorus, and the Grant Park Chorus, Vancouver Opera and Opera di Roma. 

His students have been choosen as winners of the Joliet Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition, the North Shore Opera Idol Competition, the Polish Arts Club of Chicago, in addition to the Classical Singer High School Competition.

In the teaching studio, Mr. Ray draws upon his many years on the stage working with such conductors as Bruno Bartoletti, Marcello Viotti, and John Nelson, coaches such as Craig Rutenberg, Eric Weimer, Tim Shainlin and Regine Crespin. He has worked with singers such as Rolando Panierai, Sam Ramey, Eva Marton and Dmitri Hvorastovsky and directors such as Gotz Friedrich, Colin Graham, Graham Vick, and Paolo Montarsolo.
